Judge drops YouTube video showing of same sex marriage trial; S. Ct. to decide if OK to show on trial court’s own website

Scotus blog has a great summary of where things stand on whether the trial over California’s ban on same sex marriage can be shown in time delay on the trial court’s own website.

The idea of putting the trial also up on YouTube through recorded videos apparently has been scrapped.
